1. Can you reassure me that financial transactions are safe and secure?
Play My Piece uses the web standard- Apple iTunes. It is easy to setup an account with iTunes if you don’t have one already. Click here to start the process. It is free. Apple iTunes uses state of the art security to ensure safe transaction. PlayMyPiece is not responsible for any transactions made using iTunes. When you setup an iTunes account, you need to agree to the Apple iTunes Terms of Service. It is important that you keep your Apple iTunes login and password confidential. If you have a problem with a purchase or download on the Apple iTunes site, you need to contact Apple.
2. May I share files with others?
You may burn the music you buy to an unlimited number of CDs for your personal use, listen to it on an unlimited number of iPods or other MP3 Players, and play it on all of your home computers and laptops. Please do not share our files over the Internet using file-sharing software. If you do this you are directly harming the musicians whose performances you are enjoying.
3. What if I have a problem with the download?
Apple iTunes offers extensive support for its music services. Click here to access their support section.
4. Will you share or sell my email address?
We will never, EVER, give or sell any of your personal information to anyone.
5. Will you send me emails? We will send the PlayMyPiece News to subscribers every three months or so. A link to a “free” download will be included with the e-newsletter. If you do not wish to receive the newsletter, let us know and we will remove your name from our list.
6. What system requirements are there for using the PMP site?
We have tested this site on PC’s and laptops running Windows XP and on laptops running the Apple OS. We have not tested the site on Solaris or Unix. The site is designed for people who use Safari on the Mac, and Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher on the PC. A fast DSL or cable connection is strongly recommended. Using a dialup connection to download music files can lead to premature aging.

7. How do you add PlayMyPiece mp3’s to your iTunes library?
When you purchase an album or tracks, they are automatically added to your iTunes library.
8. What happened to the PlayMyPiece shopping cart?
We upgraded our site to use the Apple iTunes site as our merchant site. You need to have an Apple iTunes account to buy our music, but it is free and you can access tens of thousands of music tracks on their site.
